4) Not proficient in operation, for example, during the spraying process, only opening the pumping valve without opening the air pressure valve, resulting in pipe blockage.

5) The equipment was not thoroughly cleaned after the previous use, and there was residual mortar left in the pipeline. During operation, it is necessary to strictly follow the procedures and clean the equipment promptly after each use. In case of pipe blockage, it is necessary to clear the pipeline in a timely manner and it is strictly prohibited to leave it for a long time to allow the mortar to solidify inside the pipeline.

Construction safety issues:

Machine spraying equipment belongs to small and medium-sized mechanical equipment, but it still poses certain risks due to the need for certain pressure during the pumping process.
